We live in Cheyenne, WY and found Jennifer Smith on the internet when we were looking for our lab puppy.  Once we contacted Jennifer, to get more information friendly labsabout the puppy, we never looked back.  Jennifer was very easy to visit with and we had no problems with any of the shipping or paper work. All in all the purchase of our lab went very smooth and we are now enjoying our new lab "Bailey".

 My experience in purchasing a puppy was definitely easier than I thought it would be, especially since I was so far away and would not have a chance to see the dog personally before it arrived at the airport.
 Working with Jennifer made it a very pleasant experience. There was constant communication to let me know exactly what was going on with the puppy as well as what I needed to do for preparation for his arrival. Even at times she would send me photos that she had taken of the puppy that morning because she knew I would be intensely interested. What I am very thankful for was her ability to help me chose a puppy based on the temperament I was looking for.yellow labs
When the puppy arrived he came in a very high quality crate with plenty of room for him as well as some toys to keep him occupied on the flight. His health papers from the vet as well as his certification as a pure bread papers were all included. And most importantly, my wife and I received a happy, healthy and beautiful Labrador puppy.
My wife and I were incredibly happy with our decision. If we were ever to get another puppy we would without question use Jennifer again.

We are pleased to make a recommendation to those interested in Jennifer Smith's puppies. We found Jennifer through "Next Day Pets" and she
patiently answered all our many questions and concerns via e mail and phone over a period of more than a week as we made our decision about whether this was the right puppy for our family.
Our puppy was shipped to NM and arrived safe and sound exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. The communication was excellent and made the process very easy. Our vet gave the puppy a thorough physical, reviewed the health records and gave him a great report. In addition, the puppy was remarkably well socialized. He adjusted very easily to our home and routine.

First, everything you said you would do, you did. You were 100 % honest and reliable. You were pleasant to deal with, provided me guidance on my selection and always returned my calls on a timely manner, even after I received Scout, his name we settled on.
Scout is 100% healthy, fun to have and he is growing like a weed.
The transportation to California I was concerned about but if was flawless and Scout arrived in great shape. You are very concerned about the welfare of the puppies and my vet in California have positive things to say about that.scout
